Established in November 2003, Strongtowers Ministry Inc. set out with the mission to bridge the transition from the penal institution to everyday society for returning citizens. Strongtowers was founded in Prince George's County Maryland. Over the years Strongtowers Ministry has partnered with: The Maryland Correctional Training Center, Baltimore Detention Center Job Readiness, Charles C. Hickey Youth Facility, Hart Recreation Center, and Westminster Recreation Center.

Strongtowers maintains a resolute commitment to the transition of returning citizens. Strongtowers' goal is to provide Commercial Driving Training, Job Readiness, and Life Skills Programs for the community in Prince George's County and neighboring communities.
